1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
✔ The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
✔ It must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories
✔ You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation)
If your return does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept it.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

– Product name
– Reason for return -
We will review your request and provide instructions on where to send the item.
Returns must be shipped to the address we provide.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
✔ If approved, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days
✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method you used for purchase
✔ Shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item)
You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
4. Exchanges
At this time, ShopyBeast offers exchanges only for items that are in stock and of equal value.
If the item you want to exchange for is not available, you may receive a refund instead.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
✔ Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
✔ Include photos of the issue and your order number
✔ We will either replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping) once approved
6. Non‑Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:
❌ Items listed as final sale
❌ Gift cards
❌ Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer.
However, if your return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective), we will cover return shipping.
